Employment Litigation and Consulting: Employment practice includes prosecuting and defending discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour claims, supervising internal investigations, consulting with clients as to employment related policies, procedures, practices and compliance, and creating personnel policies that seek to minimize clients' employment-litigation exposure. As part of my employment practice, I have:

  • Represented union members in connection with grievances, charges of unfair labor practices before Ohio's State Employment Relations Board, and discrimination lawsuits
  • Reviewed collective bargaining agreements on behalf of union client
  • Represented employee with public-employee whistle-blower claims against Town of Jupiter and served as second-chair at trial
