Lori E. DaCosse

Lori DaCosse has practiced law for twenty-six years, specializing in sophisticated real estate transactions, business law, contract and lease negotiation, and general transactional work. Ms. DaCosse is licensed and authorized to practice in Florida, California, Illinois, and Missouri. Her experience in multiple jurisdictions makes her approach to practicing law nimble and sensitive to local concerns but informed as to broad, national trends. Ms. DaCosse is recognized for her extensive real estate expertise. She has represented real estate developers, investors, and real estate-related trade organizations on all aspect of real estate law, including commercial closings, financing, and licensing issues. In addition, Ms. DaCosse has a thriving corporate practice, which includes choice of entity counseling, buy-sell agreements, partner or member buy-outs, and new partner or member admissions for all corporate entities.

Ms. DaCosse is a cum laude graduate of Pepperdine Law School, where she was a Note and Comment Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review and published. Additionally, she received a certificate in alternative dispute resolution from the distinguished Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution.
