Join us for breakfast Monday morning,March 3 rd, from 7:30-9:00 am , at the Centre Club for the first event of our “round table” series on the topic of the new Florida LLC act. As the owner, manager, or member of a Florida limited liability company, or as a business or business owner working closely with LLCs and their owners and management, you should be aware of the changes made in Florida’s revised LLC statute.
There will be limited seating, so reserve your spot today!
We encourage you to bring your current operating agreement so you can ask questions pertaining specifically to your LLC and discuss relevant changes that you might implement into your business. It will also be an opportunity for you to connect with and learn about other business owners in the community.
